Paraschos Studios sits on the edge of Kardamena — close enough to walk to the harbour, the tavernas and the shops, far enough that you sleep to silence.
Ground-floor studios have twin beds and open straight onto the garden. Upstairs, the first-floor studios are more contemporary, with balconies looking over the pool and the mountains beyond. Every one of them has its own kitchenette, so breakfast happens whenever you feel like it.
It is run by Connie and Manolis, who live on site — which is the reason most guests give for coming back.
Our story
Each studio sleeps individuals, couples or families, and every one opens onto a private balcony or the garden.
Ground floor
Twin beds, a dining corner and a kitchenette, with the garden and the stone-paved courtyard a step outside the door. The easiest choice if you would rather not do stairs.
First floor
Brighter, more modern living spaces with a large private balcony over the pool and the garden — and the sunset over Kardamena at the end of the day.
Fridge, two cooking rings, microwave and kettle in every studio.
An outdoor pool with comfortable sunbeds, kept quiet and calm.
Every studio opens onto the garden, the pool, or both.

Location
The studios are a five-minute walk from the beach and a few steps from the restaurants, bars and shops of Kardamena. The Folklore Museum is a short walk away.
Because the property sits on the edge of town, you get the harbour and the nightlife within walking distance — and a quiet, well-kept garden to come back to.
